Hi, I'm Karen Debono!
I’m passionate about helping businesses and individuals thrive by providing tailored HR solutions that cut through unnecessary red tape. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across diverse industries—including transport, manufacturing, healthcare, and defence—gaining deep insights into the challenges businesses face in managing people and compliance.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the complicated sides of people management. I understand that managing people isn’t as simple as it seems. Employees and managers need clear direction on workplace values, standards, and expectations to ensure fairness, accountability, and legal compliance.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mum of five adult children (one son!) and a grandmother to two wonderful little ones. Outside of work, I channel my passion into competitive ballroom dancing, where I’ve learned the value of discipline, adaptability, and precision. You’ll also find me bushwalking with my dog, Parker, drawing inspiration from nature.
